I have a YSU player motivation promoted after having played is 131% and said it would be 150% we can do to correct this? |

Training figures in general seem a bit out at the moment. I have a LF Youth player in my senior team (motivation 131), Coach level 88, Progression 75+ and Distance Shots is being trained and his training figure was 0.001! I had automatic coaching on and I specified Distance Shots manually so maybe my timing is wrong and he'll get the proper training tonight. I'll let you all know. |

I just got the timing of the training confused. I had "Distance Shots" listed in my training schedule but then it disappeared...I figured that training had just occurred but when I checked my figures later they hadn't updated. It wasn't until much later that the figures updated to the correct amount (0.453). I submitted a new thread asking for better reflection of training times in the training page. |

Everyone of us are in the same situation. But I honestly prefer 130%... in my opinion 150% is too much motivation. |

The exact rule is the player gets an extra 50% motivation. So, if he usually get 80%, now will get 130%. To get 150% he would have to play as a main player in his real position. | 16/04/2011 14:40 |
