More and more managers are using foul language in chats as well as forums these days. This is a family game and small children are also playing this game. So keep that in mind while writing your views. Everything can be communicated in a civilised manner too. And if you think your doubts are not solved in the forum, kindly send a message to an @. Also posting in Caps, using language other than english and using text language is not be used in forums. If a manager if found to be using foul language, this can and will lead to ban from chat and forum, team retention and removal of user as per the frequency.
