I invested in low level school as suggested by a newbie guide. I spent aroung 360 000, and still spend aroun 6000 a week and i got a player that i could not probably use and sell more than 30 000 if i am lucky. will i always get these weak players or i could expect something better? i really feel i made a mistake having a school, as if i do a scout search with the "no team" option i get much better results and the schools are just money-loosing facilities that should be closed down. | 14/03/2011 16:07 |

Maybe I've just been unlucky, but it seems like the youth player pool that the scouts find is drying up. I was getting much better players from my scouts a few weeks ago, and I'm seeing the same players in multiple searches. So maybe the good free youths are running out and schools will be the way to get them in the future. Or, like I said, maybe I'm just getting less lucky with scouts. | 14/03/2011 16:21 |

360 k is nothing. You need to go for at least high level school of 7 000 000 to get something sellable. Low level school is wasted money, but you cannot expect more for that money. | 14/03/2011 16:25 |

Yes it looks like low level school is rubish, that was my point. But my point is someone should rewrite the newbie section as it said there that we should get a school set up. And it just drains money and generates nothing. If i knew i would not have made one. The player i got from school has an average of 19. the players i got from scout are: 26 - 36 and all are under 16 year. The low level schools are rip off. I am thinking of destroying mine. |

I just got a 29-average player with a progression of 78% out of my low level school in Portugal. He alone is worth my investment. It seems a matter of luck what You get. I don't think You can expect future stars all the time from cheap schools, I think You might have to wait some time until You get lucky. | 14/03/2011 18:44 |

Luck plays a high role with schools, a good junior player may solve all the investment you've done before. |

Stop digging up old threads. The next one will result in a 72 hour ban. I close. Edited by @sabrefan62 14-11-2013 21:58 |
