What is the advantage of sending staff members on (expensive) courses instead of simply hiring a new, and better staff member? In what does "degree" implies? | 17/03/2011 14:31 |

example : if you hire a 30 % senior coach with a 40.000 $ per week - If you send them to take a course , you have to pay for their course , however their income still remain 40.000 and they have better quality. You can send them to take 3 course only or using golden ball to purchase for a degree ( which is more faster ) - You can hire very high quality coach if you check them out everyday , you don't have to wait for your coach to take the course but you have to pay a much higher salary for them every week . I have a 90% senior coach and 82 % youth coach , and rather pay a little more to improve my players faster The Course or Degree are for a long run , when you don't have to worry much about the salary you to pay for you staff |
