 im trying to bid for a player in the sixth division but when i try bid it says "You can not negotiate with this team"

does anyone know maybe why?

only reason i can see is cos im new for about 2 weeks, is that maybe the reason?

 There are at least 2 causes that I could think of:
1. Probably you're both using the same IP.
2. or it has something to do with the fact that you are new....but somehow I doubt that. 		30/03/2011 21:05

 In case you want to trade between your teams, yes. But remember that you can't pay too much or a little for a player, that may be considered cheating.
