First of all thank you for all the cheating reports that we receive. They are really helpful and without them it would be impossible to find the cheaters. Although we would like, if possible, to ask you to be more concise when preparing reports, as there are some of them which really help us little. The idea is to be brief and concise. No greetings, no long explanations. The best thing you can do is copy and paste the screen transfer which signings are rare according to you (also copy the column of the date of transfer is very useful to us.) After adding the transfers, you can put more information. For example "all buying teams share IP." O "The manager seems to have several accounts, review users XXX, YYY, ZZZ. " A bad example of report of cheating: " xxx Today 16:50 This team has rare transfers. " Obviously, we appreciate any information you are able to provide to us, but this report requires us to look all the sales of the player (which are going to increase over time as the transfer history is not cleared). Another bad example: xxxx Monday 13 21:49 It has a number of players sold to arrive at 1,000,000, and prices are very low compared with market price. A good example of report of cheating: "these transfers seem rare: Saturday, 13 Computer1 Computer2 Transfer Jugador1 43 € 1,000,000 Saturday, 13 Player2 0 Transfer Computer1 Computer2 € 1,000,000 Thursday, November 18 Transfer Computer1 Equipo3 Jugador3 € 1,000,000 Thursday, November 50 Transfer Computer1 Jugador4 Equipo3 € 107,000 Thursday, November 47 Transfer Computer1 Equipo4 Jugador5 € 1,000,000 The Computer2, equipo3 and equipo4 share IP. " In this case, we can see the date of the transfer, and we can prove much faster than the information you give is true. Just seconds after receiving the report, we will begin the process of sanction. In the other cases, we would have to look all the transfers, and find the suspicious ones, which would require much more time in comparison.
