Some players have a Red color P when ready to get promotion while some have Gold color, what exactly is the difference? Your answers will be appreciated. |

(P) yellow mean you can promote that player at this time , however if you don't have enough room or you still want him to play in youth for a while . That player still develop in youth team (P) red mean you must promote him right away or his morale will going down and he won't train |
