1.there should be a board of directors for the club which decides the goals, which if not achieved the manager gets fired. for example, if the club is in relegation for a long tym, the manager gets fired.... manager goals should be made as such to help eliminate those managers who dont come online like there is an incomplete squad due to injury... or there is no training for a long tym then the board can fire the manager after a 2-3 weeks or so 2.also, the training programme needs to be shuffled up as by following BEATING MARKERS, ORGANISE DEFENSE and ORGANISE MIDFIELD in a circular repitiion you can get easily get maximum improvement for a squad with a cf, rm, lm, rim, lim, im, mdf, cdf,ldf,rdf. consequently the training becomes boring and repititive and also if people decode this formula there is no use for a lw, rw lf, rf and everbody will have the same format |
