idk if this already occurs, but boy golly Mister it would sure be swell as heidi klum in daisy dukes if our staff received a 5-10% or half-ball improvement over the offseason! players improve or decrease during that time, why shouldn't staff? | 01/06/2011 21:38 |

i'd imagine a coach with a rating that high must've been around a while, maybe his rating will start to decrease. but sure, why not? i wouldn't mind a 102% coach to train my players!  or just make like the players, and cap it at 100. |

I only agree if coaches could age as well, so they retire when they turn 65 or so. Else, everybody will have 100% coach eventually.. |
