MVP of the game
I think that accessories and what they do should be looked over. In this game (as in real life), when you invest in to something, you make money on it. You invest some money, and over time you get your money back with profits. For example stadium seats, you upgrade them, spend money on them, but you get higher attendance with higher income. But Accessories don't really make sense. For example - Floodlights. One level increases income of billboards by 5%. My billboards bring in about 165K (60,000 seat stadium). 165,000*5%=$8250 per home game. On average you get 2-3 home games a week if you are in a private league. So I make $16,500-$24750 extra with the floodlight upgrade, but it cost me $100,000 a week (or $200,000 week at level two) for floodlights maintenance. I would not upgrade them but I'd get sanctioned by the game, So I upgrade them, but I'm losing money because of it.
So, my point is - if you invest money in to something you should get a profit out of it. Next season will be required to to have level 2 accessories in division 4 (I'm just assuming since level 1 is required in 5th division), so it will cost $1,000,000 a week to maintain them, but I'll only profit around $100,000 with those upgrades.
I don't think it's fair to be forced to invest money in to something that will not bring profit.
So, either Accessories should be optional and not mandatory, or the benefits from having them should be improved.
I think the prices for accessory upgrades are the dead end, they are too expensive to upgrade (2.89mil for level 3), and too costly to maintain.

Best scorer
When you have more Seats , you will have more billboards income plus tickets income
Thus this is a challenging game so i agree to have some kind of barrier to get people annoy and we will see who is the best manager beside having the best team

Agreed, but for example level 3 scoreboard gives you 3% boost on income for home games. It cost $300,000 a week to maintain(not counting the money you spent on upgrading it). If my math is correct to at least come up even on spending for it you will need about 10mil income from home games in a week to cover $300K spendings on maintenance for it. The best stadium in a league has the highest income of 2.7M(with added boost from accessories) for a home game so he's not even making it.
Floodlights at level 3 will give you 15% boost on billboards. To make that profitable you need weekly income from billboards at 2M. Let's say on average you make $200,000 a game on billboard (I'm around 170K right now), with 3 home games you're looking at $600,000 weekly. So you will need a stadium more than 3 times as big for this to be profitable. I don't think that many people will have a stadium at 180-200K capacity after the next season. Plus even if you do have millions and millions of dollars to build a stadium that big, all the construction would probably take until the next year to complete.

This was brought up at the start of the season. We were told by admin that accessory maintenance costs were so high to restrict the amount of money that managers made early in the game. 05/06/2011 10:09
