I think there should be prize money for top places in the league and for the Strikers Cup. Money should come from percentage of gate receipts. So for cup games, 10% of each game goes to Cup Organiser (Admin), then we can have prizes for the winner, runners-up, semi finalist and even quarter finalist. And for the league, 5% or a set amount of 15,000 from each game kept in a pool, which then can be the prize money for the top three places. Calculation: there are total of 360 games, so 360x15000= 5.4m nice amount for the winner and the runners-up. |

For the league there are monetary prizes, your Chairman trades. In private leagues as well. TV, Sponsors And the Striker Cup ... you think you got to the semifinals? Because I did not come  |

I agree, the game is going to inflation somehow, see the Star player? Double triple the price of Christiano Ronaldo. But, small amount of prize is fun, really.. Here is my idea: - The league: it's ok to have a small few millions for winner and runner depend on the Division (For example 4 million for champion Div 4, 2 million for champion Div 5, so on). - Well in Striker Cup, there is a little ticket share between two team as profit, but I really think Striker Cup should have prize money for each round for FUN. Take Who want to be Millionaire as an example: 10,000 if you win first round 20,000 30,000 40,000 60,000 100,000 200,000 300,000 400,000 600,000 1,000,000 2,000,000 3,000,000 4,000,000 6,000,000 10,000,000 16 rounds right? See, small, but fun. |
