It looks like if your players are old they lose more when you train their skills. Like let's say that a midfielder will gain .100 for organise midfielder, then if the midfielder is old he will lose -.100 That does not make much sense. It looks like the improvement is calculated and then if the player is old reversed. When you would expect that if he is old maybe he will gain only half of it. 0.050 but not lose more. Am I being clear? If you have old midfielders you would better train defense. Midfielders will not lose as many points if you train them in the wrong skills. Yes I know..... just sell your old players and buy young ones, but something looks wrong. |

Yes, I completely agree. Something looks wrong. I think the decline of old players need to be rethought out. At the very least, slow down the decline with a simple formula. |
