 I have a senior coach of 82% and youth coach of 91%. You can train your staffs by registering them for course,bt its not advisable cos of the course fee 03/07/2011 16:28

 His coach is only 71%, so the highest he can get with degrees is 81%. Maximum of 5 courses/degrees = maximum of 10 point increase. 1 point per course, 2 points per degree. 03/07/2011 16:34

 If you go to the staff training page, then click on course for the staff member it will tell you how much, it's not cheap either. 03/07/2011 16:45
