Perfect one said: Thanks Nasregas, how can they call a sport football when they hardly use their foot? while i tend to agree that soccer should be "football" and football should be...iono, there isn't a soul in this country who isn't a complete diehard that could tell you why (american) football is called what it is. and honestly, we're too busy playing and loving the game to find out. while you find that out for us, can you find out where the term "soccer" originated from as well? |
