It would be nice to be able to set a direct buy price for a loaned player. So when 2 managers make a deal for loaning players, they would have the option of setting a direct buying price at the end of the season. It will at least make loaning players more useful. Right now, I feel that no top manager would ever get a loaned player, simply because the player he will get will be trained for free and it will take a spot in the squad, so why not just buy the player (2 managers loaning players to each other is different though, because each of them will have his players trained for free). However, if @'s will sanction managers for direct buying prices that are low for the average of players at the end of the season then this option will be useless because everyone will get sanctioned. The buying price is supposed to be "market price" for the average of the player at the beginning of the season, not at the end of it. And again, this will only be an option that managers choose to enforce or not based on the negotiations. |

doesn't have to be bought. You get the option of buying. Like in real world clubs, where a teams gets a player on loan with option of buying him at the end of the season for a price that was set at the beginning of the season. EDIT: For example: I am training wingers. You loan me a 18/50 winger with 80 prog 70 FC. We also agree to set a selling price of 10M. That way, I will find it somewhat useful to get a player on loan, because at the end of the season I will have bought a winger in the 60s for 10M. You will have also got more money than you would have if you sold the 18/50 in market. It gives the possibility of win-win deals where loans actually become beneficial for both sides. And I will also have the choice of not buying the winger if I didnt train him much, so I wont have to waste my 10M on a player with low average that I didn't train. This will also help new managers who do not have the money for high average players yet. Edited by solirocket 04-09-2011 14:12 |
