Works on low AV players - but as soon as high AV players hit the start of their FC curve, training will slow drastically giving a lower progression value. But in this case if he is already hitting his curve at 59, his FC top would only be about 65-68 at the most, so not good enough anyway. |

Spoilsport His speed and technique are both at 76, so far too early to be topping out on training. |
