Hi, I think it would be wise to amend the rules to make the definition of cheating more explicit. For instance: 1) any purchase more than 10% from market value as determined by the average purchase price of a player of similar value and age will be penalized the difference in price plus a 20% penalty. The average purchase price is determined by the <insert name of new tool for similar purchases> 2) opening more than one account from the same IP address is allowed only if the two accounts do not buy, sell or loan players, and do not participate in the same private league. Violations will be punished by removal of both accounts. 3) any collusion between 2 teams that results in another team falling out of promotion will result in both teams being demoted to the lower division in the next season. Collusion is defined as intentionally losing a game to help another team promote to a higher division by fielding a team that is dramatically weaker than any of the other teams fielded by you in that season. Evidence of intent to lose must be clear. Note that I have made it very clear that things like buying your opponent's team via hostile clause is allowed, and selling your whole squad is allowed. Accidentally losing a game is also allowed. |

I always put players on the market at rock bottom prices... does this mean I cause people to cheat? We want rules, but we don't want a super regulated market. |
