well, while i wait to the start of my cup match (it was supposed to start at 10.38 arg, but it´s 11 and nothing happend.) i'll make a list of bugs that had happened to me in these weeks (well, some of them didn't happen to me): - * -goalkeepers not taking the goalkicks, so the match is frozen. ( mostly when the opposite team has his central def sent off.) http://uk.strikermanager.com/partido.php?id=3922530&accion=simul => check '80 http://uk.strikermanager.com/partido.php?accion=simul&id=3918197 => same can happen in a throw in. - * - off sides: some not given; some of them given, but there were no offside.... http://uk.strikermanager.com/partido.php?accion=simul&id=3282330 => '15:57 offside not given - * - goalkeepers taking goalkicks into his own goals check best goal of the week - * - no goalie is shown in the line up. http://uk.strikermanager.com/partido.php?id=3346467&accion=alineaciones - * - goalkeepers going throught the ball and returning with nothing  http://uk.strikermanager.com/partido.php?accion=simul&id=3282330 => '62 ... - * - penalties are messed up. - * - goalkicks being taken opponent's striker (usually when a sub has been made in the same play) http://uk.strikermanager.com/partido.php?accion=simul&id=3282330 => '65 - * - throws in being thrown outside, usually when it's near the corner. - * - ref in the middle of the play: perhaps i can help with this: the ref do not have to be at certain distance of the ball, he runs the field from linesman 1's opposite corner to linesman 2's opposite corner, of course he tries to be near the ball, but he's never in the same position as the linesman. i guess in that way he won't be in the middle of the play each time your players want to kick the ball... http://www.corshamref.org.uk/position/position.htm => check fig 1 - * - matchs not being played - * - Nigerian flag http://uk.strikermanager.com/jugador.php?id_jugador=1002720 => striker's nigerian flag  => nigerian flag- * - trainings: my players should have reach 1 or 2 points in training in this two weeks, of course they didn't and no @ will take this into account. - * - wages, etc: the income from friendlies is quite lower than the money from matchs, so i'm loosing money => friendly match income's: gate's money (usually 200k for me) => 2 days of 3 games each one = 1.2m home match: gate's money (1.5m - 2m for me) / sponsor (150k) / TV (550k) / vallas (sorry don't know how it's in english... the publicity!) (250k) => 1 home match in 2 days (taking into account that you play each day if you play cup + PL) = 2.5 - 3m definitely i'm going to bankrupt... jajja - * - youth players: they are really bad players... it doesn't make any sense to pay for a school that i know doesn't let me the chance to make som profit i love the new game, (i guess the same happened before but we couldn't see it. Oddly, even after the above message, one of my subs worked... although I had 5 scheduled (2 advanced tactics, 2 players the first time, 3 the second... only one player came on in total though!). At least the players that were injured were replaced with players that were similar in position. I don't know if the SIM actually picked well, or if my bench was just set up "luckishly", or if the subs I had planned with the first advanced tactics went through. 2 post: people who did never see football in his life complaining about and reporting player's mistakes as bugs: - * - "i'm loosing to a poor team" => it may happen - * - "My defender made an own goal!" check arbeloa second goal in the same game - * - My striker was in front of a clear goal and missed.... => it may happen => it may happen ... if they can why ot my striker - * - i cannot buy players from my scout you need to have 8000 pts of experence, and the other team also has to have 8000 exp, and has to be a human user, you cannot buy to a bot... - * - tactics don't work... well, they are quite difficult to understand but they work, in mostly cases. It happened to me that my team was a mess after a sub, well, i realise it was because when i created the sub i didn't change the part where it says change formation to... (in my case 4-5-1) however some parts of it aren't working as well, or unless i didn'y get it.... |

My cup match ended in a 2-2 tie?.. It went into penalties and the sim stopped right before my shot in the 5th round. With a tie in Striker Cup- who moves on to the next round? http://uk.strikermanager.com/partido.php?id=3279403&accion=simul .. p.s. I also love one of my midfielder who loves to pass the ball no matter what - open net?.. it's ok ..i'll pass off to the corner. What a great team spirit, I should give him a raise!!! |
