I've been told now by Senior @ that more than three friendlies in a day is a problem. It is a fault in the system and there will be punishments handed out if you have played more than 3 games/day. I know the times on them are screwy, but it will be fairly obvious when your name rises to the top of the rankings that you've played a ton of games. I won't speak out of turn (on punishments), but suffice it to say that they are now aware that this is a problem, and know how to spot the chief offenders. (as a suggestion, though, punishing everyone would be wrong and impossible....) for me, i've played 16 friendlies. Tues-Saturday = 5 days x 3 = 15 games. This would be crazy to punish everyone in this situation It looks like you can do friendlies for today and thursday at this point, with Tuesday being unavailable. Assuming for some reason Tuesday is a valid day, then you have 4 days this week @ 3/day for 27 total games. It would seem that if you have more than 36 (9*4/day) friendlies by the time league play begins...then you have surely done something to profit from system... Like I said, it shouldn't be hard to see who's done it... note:this excludes @ testing....which i have been told the money will be returned and experience reset |

Seriously, I'm one of those offenders, because I just hit reply to what came to my box. I had no idea I played more than 3 until I looked carefully at the actual "results" then "friendlies" just a few minutes ago. Had I known people thought it to be "CHEATING", which is paranoid and ridiculous imo, I would have made an effor to keep count. Everyone was on an equal footing. Check the forums, people are just dying to play friendlies. Why punish people, once again, who are not willingly trying to exploit things, but just doing what they are allowed? They should have put a disclaimer up front like "you will be punished for playing more than 3 friendlies per 24hr period". Simple as this... Just say "I got $X from friendlies extra. Please take it back." If you are playing 10 friendlies a day, then you are making a ton of money off of a glitch in the system. I'm sure there's a grey area, it's also been mentioned 2-3 days ago, so if you are still accepting more than 3-4/day, then you probably knew already.... I mean you haven't played that many extra, otherwise your manager ranking probably would have shot up significantly. (in other words, i've reported myself before...) I think I've played one extra friendly earlier in the week, and 2 extra this morning, and call me dumb, but I'm still having a hard time tracking the friendlies in my inbox  |

You're not dumb, the time sometimes shows today or tomorrow. I think it's a time zone issue. I've done it also. That's why I picked over 35 as a random suggestion....you're not playing 35 over the last 8-10 days. (I have no power, mind you) |

I am new here, and there was a day I played 4 friendlies all at the same time. I reported it. We are debugging your program here. If we are to be punished for that.............. |

I reported myself also. I was just trying to view as many games as possible to study tactics and I have also been trying to report bugs. Definitely not trying to get a financial advantage. On the other hand, I still haven't been reimbursed for the 2.5-3m a bug cost me by not playing a game... | 26/09/2011 17:10 |
