I have this kind of situation. Why it can be happen ? I bought the player base on negotiation and he is agree with the price 7M, AVG 60, Age 22. But i got punishment because of this. The reason from @Karagounis is "player purchase out of market" And @Karagounis not replying my question. It is so weird, i need explanation from administrator. Here is the detail of my negotiation: [@CelloG edit: remove personal messages as per rules, leaving in link to player] > http://uk.strikermanager.com/jugador.php?id_jugador=535132 > [@CelloG replies: As you can see from other similar transactions of this player: http://uk.strikermanager.com/jugador_compras_similares.php?id_jugador=535132 7 million is a low price for this player. The lowest hostile clause amount was $10 million. As a user who has previously been sanctioned for transactions off market, I am the first to acknowledge that the rules are difficult to understand always. I recommend to everyone that you take these steps: 1) always check similar transactions, and buy a price right in the middle 2) if there are fewer than 10 or no auction amounts, write to @Bisho or @Karagounis to ask what a fair price is for the player, and explain that there are no similar transactions This will prevent sanctions.] ] Edited by @CelloG 29-09-2011 19:09 |

But I'm not cheating. He accept my offer for that player. In market first starting price he open in 7,5M. So i try to negotiate with lower price. 7M. And he agree. How can you know the range of player price ? What is the baseline ? |

well ... 7M would be worth for like a 40 range avg player. its common sense, a 60 avg player and 22 yrs age is obviously not worth that much. they punished you because he was sold under value and because it was common sense he wasnt worth that much. i was punished for the same reason, we negotiated a price, and still was punished, you've been here for quite some time you should have a clue on how much some players are worth. |

Dude, you broke the rules. If you don't know the rules, ask. Clearly you didn't read the rules or read about the little Similar Transaction button. Probably would've saved you some $. Your logic is faulty also. I could offer a player $100 for a 70/15 player. If the other manager accepted, does that make it right? Not in the SM world. I'm surprised this thread isn't locked yet. Deal with the @'s. Bringing it to the forums is a good way to get threads locked FYI. |

This best thing would be to abandon the possibility of direct purchases for everyone as these sitations will always emerge. Possibilities of paying hostile clause and multi-offers are enough to me. By the way, do NOT paste your e-mail conversations with the game staff on the forum. That is a matter between you and him (them), not anything for the public to review as it is too difficult for us to obtain our own objective examination of what really happened. |
