 wat do courses 4 a coach actually mean?
will providing dem give d same result as hiring a new coaching staff(with better rating) ?

 when u do a courses u staff gains 1%

for example u have a coach 90
u do a coruse he becomes 91

Also i need 2 know if u hire new coach with d old 1 having done some say 2 or 3 courses...will d new coach get any benefit from dat
the former will have 2 do dose courses again r8?
