Sir A. Plent... Username 612 msgs. MVP of the game	When players are in the reserves, their morale drops. When their morale drops, their average drops. The longer they stay in the reserves without playing the bigger the drop in morale and thus the drop in average. The best way to overcome this is to use the psychologist to recover their morale after you've put them in the reserves. So what I do is rest them for the game and use the psychologist to recover them before the next game takes place. Then their morale is back to 99 and their average as it should be for the big match So the drop in avg is down to morale and yes it can be recovered either by playing them in the next game, so they will still have a lower morale and avg for that game, or by using the psych to sort it out asap.
