Population will determine how many player the school can produce.
Quality & country rating will determine how good your student's progression.

In term of cost, I would suggest go for excellent Netherlands. You'll get more high progression student by that.

But only if you have strong financial income. If not, try to get them strong first before you invest in school.

It just my opinion. Good luck!

Brazil is faster yet, but if you have two players coming out you actually in crease your rate. Making Brazil better doesn't make the players come out any faster. 17/11/2011 13:19

Brazil @ normal - more player with normal average progression. But sometimes will get good progression.

Netherlands @ excellent - most of the player are with good progression.

in both cases, you must consider the used of having the school. to promote them or to sell them.

If you have good progression players most of the time, you can sell it and their prizes will not be cheap. Thus you can later collect for more money to open the excellent Brazil school.

If you have maximum of youth coaches, then you open the Brazil @ normal. This will help developing the youth player's average faster and then you'll have a lot of buyer from div. 5 to 7. at least.

Whatever it is, i can say it's all about time. You may need to wait until you can get the return of your investment.
