by looking out for them. One way is by hiring and firing, because when you hire a staff he gets replaced by a new randomly generated one. But you have to watch the fee, so hire the least rated. The other way is to click on hire to check if there are 90+ staff everytime you log on, you would have to count on a lot of luck. | 27/11/2011 16:41 |

The hiring and firing way sucks. If you start out with 80+ (even 70+) staff, don't do it. Last season, I was FORCED to lose ~3 million, due to this method. | 27/11/2011 16:53 |

ive waited many months but cant find a 90+ coach :S and if i hire+ fire the list gets renewed 1 sec later? |

I spent 7m in staff terminations my first season. This, and patience helped me get all 89+ staff. No one forced me to do it. It was the cost of doing business. It is not necessary to have all 89+ staff. But patience and vigilance and wreckless disregard for yourself is required. |
