 I need advice on junior squad players how long does it take for it for players to get to get 40 percent rate average. with good training how long would it take to develop by 5 average points. 30/11/2011 11:44

Depends on the quality of your youth players(progression) and the quality of your youth coach. With my 98% youth coach and 90% progression players I could go from 30 to 40 in 1/2 of a season probably, less if I just trained them to increase in average rather than well rounding them.

Looking at your youth team, your ave 30 gained .2 yesterday, so by my calc's you're looking at 100 days to go from 30-40 or about one full season. That's if you train that position every day.

Get some better progression youth if you want to see better results. 		30/11/2011 14:44

have a read.

To do a GB search, click on your scout, click search+ at the top. You'll get the field progression pop up to fill in.

I tend to change "Already Resigned(R)" to no. Stick a maximum clause of whatever I'm willing to pay and then fill in the progression I'm looking for.

Don't do 95%, you won't get much or anything tbh (unless you've got GB's to burn). Having a high % scout can help here, you'll get more results.

80%+ gives a good spread of players. 70% will give a lot more. 		30/11/2011 15:04
