They said that there are 2 weeks off with out PL until the end of season so to not lose 2 incomes you are allowed to create 2 private league 1 for each weekend. That leagues consist only of 2 managers 1 game at home and the other visiting the other manager. Whrn that one ends you can create another one of 2 managers also.
