I understand where you're coming from but if someone starts afresh and gets an average 25 team and someone else starts and gets your team. Is it really fair? You must have spent time and effort to get your squad. | 21/12/2012 23:35 |

I did yes. It may be unfair but it does imitate real life: Some coaches inherit a strong team, others have to build it up. Of course, most healthy teams will not take a junior coach and put him at the helm. They will usually pick a coach who already has experience to run the squad. If something like this was ever implemented, you could do something similar e.g. you can't postulate for a position unless you have a certain level of experience or success. It's just an idea, anyway. And after the end of this season, it's a moot point for me.  But just in case I decide to come back some time in the future...  L |
