This league is for earning money by playing home games. I have no interest in tiring out my players every weekend, and so I will always put the "effort" in tactics down to ZERO. If you join this league, you should have similar interests. Huge blowouts result in lowered morale, I think, so we can avoid this by agreeing to lower our "EFFORT" completely during the weekends.
