I've found recently that, to save time, i've bought players by conducting my own searches. Thus rendering my scouts useless. What is the benefit of having the scout and secretary? Do they actually find players more suited to your team? | 03/01/2012 14:59 |

I search the 40,000 odd teams using the same search parameters that i give the scouts. When i do it the search comes back instantaneously. When the scout does it it takes a couple of days. What is the difference? What i'm asking is; do the scouts actually find players that will play better in your team? have a higher game average etc... |

By clicking on 'Market' and using the search options there. Granted i've just realised that you can't search the same specifics that the scout and coaching sec can but it still seems easier? | 04/01/2012 09:51 |

Market only searches for players that a manager has listed 'on auction' for players not on auction, you need your coach secretary and scout.. PS: Kindly go through the FAQs! you scared me here for a sec! |

Your sec. and scout work well. All what you need to do is to put the required parameters in the spaces. In case if they dont bring any player, reduce the qualities of the parameters. But sometimes they are a little bit cost than the auction players. No stres of bidding. | 04/01/2012 11:10 |

The other thing your coach sec and scout can do (which you cannot) is search by minimum progression. You might be able to guess, but you won't know for certain  |
