Hi all, Is it worth to invest so much in schools? A low level one does bring interesting players or just waste? The size of the country is important? because for the same level Netherland is much cheaper than Brazil... What s the time frame to get out from the school good players? because in 2014 i dont thing i will still play.... Thanks all for your help, I believe this part of the game is still very dark for most of the players. Cheers F |

First the number of juniors for a school depends on population of a country and their quality depends on quality of the school and rating of the country. The progression of juniors is entirely random and no one can guarantee you to get 90 prog. juniors from an excellent school but it's recommended to have a better quality school, generally you will get better players from a school as the time progresses. Schools are always long term investments. |

if you have money and time you should always go for a more populous country when they are ranked same for 2 reasons 1.They give juniors quick 2.You can always improve the school into a excellent level school Brazil is less costly for you at this stage but it may give out lot of low level players whom u need to keep on selling which involves lot of sales man kind of effort. Remember excellent school does not ensure that it will give you 99 prog. juniors |

Get the excellent in Nedtherlands, It'll take you a season or two, but you'll get players that you can use in your team. I have regular in Brazil, mostly progression 50-60% players. Netherlands will give you players that can allow you to compete with the bigger teams one day. |

zaboer said: chinese and brazil schools r the best i wouldnt invest in a school with less than 100mil population Really? China? I'd like to see the numbers and logic. An Excellent Netherlands school produces really good progression players. Like I've 2 80+ prog jr forwards from my Netherlands Excellent, and that's only a small example. I'll take those two in 26 days compared to 6 or so crappy progression players over the same time. I agree w/Grantis45 - an Excellent Netherlands school is a wise long-term investment. Of course I think that the stadium is priority #1 though. Are you basing your logic regarding the China school around making a quick profit? If so then I'm even reluctant to believe your above statement. If you can prove that you turn a profit by selling your Chinese players (cost = weekly maint + initial build and any additional upgrade costs), then maybe, but even then I'd say it's more based on luck. The averages are random. So you may have more high initial average players, but their progression is generally pretty low. And if you have a bunch of crappy avg players, then you tend to fire them or not even promote them from your school, decreasing the profit potential. I'm not trying to start an argument, I'm just really curious about your logic. Or maybe you just like seeing new students frequently. That's cool. That's part of the reason why I've built a bunch of schools. Seeing a good progression student is kinda like winning the SM lottery. That makes me sound like a SM junkie. |

in china and brazil u get the players faster and if u have 5 or 6 regular schools in countries with 100mil+ population u can kinda sell those players every week and can earn 5mil+ if u got a player with 40+ avg... |

I know how the school system works in terms of time. But you regularly turn a 5+ mill profit (money after expenses) per week????? That seems a bit too good to be true. If so, then wouldn't everyone have those schools and do the same thing? If thers a qucik way to make money in this game the certainly everyone would partake. How many 40+ avg players are produced per week? Again the avg is random, so you may be on a hot streak. What occurs when the avgs are in the 20s? Seems we view schools a bit differently. I've made a fair bit of money on mine, but I view schools as a way to find future first team players. |
