You can't do anything to change the progression of your players. You can maximize the effect of their training with a good coaching staff. You can also check their forecasts to see how far they might progress with good training. | 04/01/2012 01:51 |

In all honesty it depends on your players. Certain players train faster with certain trainings (obviously dribbling won't help a GK much, and tackling won't help your strikers). Progression is individual for each player. The best you can do is pick a couple of positions and find which trainings train best for them. Get the best junior coach you can and just don't stop training them. It's better that you have two or three people train really quickly then everyone training slowly.
