I don't like when people compare soccer/football games. What would even be the difference if I'm paying my player 1k or 20k if release clause wasn't there? What I don't understand is why you wouldn't want to just pay your players better salaries. If you at least spend some time working on putting a good release clause price then you will ALWAYS make revenue when hostiled. If you can't keep paying high salary just sell the player or just Don't buy if you can't handle the player. Remember Soccer manager is not Striker manager........if you like soccer manager it doesn't mean every other managing games have to be like soccer manager. guys i got your point with regards to the whole hostile clause argument but what am say is, it might be easy for you to pay your players 40 to 50 grand because you are getting a 2 mill balance from your home games but for guys like me it isnt that easy to pay out 40 grand on one player and only getting a little over 700 thousand from a home game, and dat is just as of recent as i got to improve my stadium. all am saying is at least give us a chance to accept the deal, or negotiate for more money for the player. i can bet you, not everyone on here knw about this hostile clause!!! | 08/01/2012 02:30 |

Generally speaking, the better your team is, the more money you have to pay them. I haven't seen a lot of imbalance in this game, with the possible exception of teams relegated from higher divisions (who arguably should already understand the game enough to make the necessary adjustments). In other words, nobody in Division 7 has 70+ average players for a reason. |

Is it our fault when people don't know? If you take time to at least read FAQ nothing like that can happen. Even I was hostiled TWICE. I didn't make a fuss about it but it was the first time I came on forum to found infos  . So hostile clause also help people read FAQTrust me you get over it quick and you even join the process and you LIKE it. Also you say that we earn more revenue. Isn't that why we buy more expensive players? You buy when you have the money. We ALL started the same way. I didn't have a good source of revenue either. And like I said, try using your coach secretary you may found some pretty good players for cheaper than market price Hostile clause is a big part of this game and MOST (I would even say all) active managers like it. One of those thing you don't found anywhere else.... |

phaag! 2/3 players i lost are players i recently purchase frm the market (not even 1 month pass), not frm lurking around on others players squad list, the other is only rated 26 avg but he scores a lot of my goals recently. am not talking about understanding the game cause honestly i haven't read about the game like you did... football is something we eat, drink, sleep, play and dream about...so it dont take words and sentence to understand how to play the game, that should be a basic ABC, if you knw wat i mean!!! all am saying is how can you be titles MANAGER when you literally have no control over your players unless you pay them wat you are making frm home games. as i said i dont av a big stadium like you. in fact am not new to the game, this is my 2nd season and sorry if i didnt read the FAQs to reach where i am...ALL AM SAYING MANAGERS ARE NOT ONLY RESTRICTED TO BATTLE FOR WINS AND PAY PLAYERS!!!! | 08/01/2012 02:56 |

You want more power over player? you can still make transfer agreements, you can put on auction, you can trade, you can loan, you train players, you set up line up, you set up staff to keep the players at 100%. Why don't you take it as if the player ran away from your team? I'm not going to argue with you. Take it or Leave it. The game is as it is, not everyone will like it. |

If you're not willing to read the FAQs, then reap the consequences. Either way, as patient is so patiently trying to point out, you should probably just take it in stride. Like patient, I've been hostiled at times too. The difference is that I pay my players above market value, so although it's irritating, it's not frustrating when it happens. Additionally, your stadium was maxed out in capacity on your last home game, so you could probably start raising your ticket prices... thanks for the pointers, dats wat i have been paying attention to lately, i just upgrade some of my standing to general seating. i did some investment during last season so dats how i got to raise my stadium last week, am paying attention to the tickets as well thinking about increasing it but am watching my fans response b4 i do anymore changes so am waiting on the next home game  |

This game is simple. HC is the one thing most managers don't understand and complain about but honestly even in div 7 or 6 it's easy enough to pay guys enough, not talking 40K per week cause that's over the top for my avg players. Just use similar transfers button check the avg make it double or triple that and boom!! bob's your uncle. If someone hostiles my player then all the better for me cause now I have a bigger transfer budget to buy even better players. The system works so work the system. | 08/01/2012 05:59 |
