1. Schools do not train your players. That's your job. They only produce players. 2. Schools give players in a variety of positions with a variety of progressions. These progressions determine how well a player will respond to training. Therefore, the higher the progression (i.e. - 80%) the faster he will train and more likely to be a higher FC. 3. The quality of your school usually influences the progression of the players it produces - so better school usually = better progression. and finally - 4. The average of the players will always be "low" - how else does any player start but as a beginner? it takes time to become a superstar, Wayne Rooney wasn't born with a bullseye on his foot. You have to promote them to your junior squad and train them up. Good Luck! |
