When a minimum 2 weeks construction is on-going in your stadium only then you will see the Speed-up button. | 10/01/2012 02:25 |

You can only speed up construction if the construction time is greater than 7 days, to a minimum of 7 days. In other words, if you had 8 days left on construction and you used 'Speed Up', it would take you to 7 days left. | 10/01/2012 02:25 |
