Hi Managers, I have been keeping track of motivation of my players for training. What effect motivation? Seems some players have jumped up while others have stayed static even when I rotated the team. Also is there a main screen where I can see the motivation? Its quite annoying to have to go into each player and not see it as a separate column. |

A player put in his right position in line-up would have 105% of motivation but if in wrong position he get 50% (if in yellow) or 20% (if in red). A substitute gets 80% while a "reserve" gets 50% When a junior is temporary promoted and is put in senior starting line up he gets 130% of motivation and when he comes back he gets a boost of motivation for each level of dressing room (In "accessories") 1% is added to motivation of players Motivation affects training of each player |

So say, my player's motivation is 50% and he trains +0.1 with that motivation. Does it mean, that at 100%, he will train double of what he trains now i.e. 0.2? | 11/01/2012 12:58 |

With the team lineup, in the juniors my formation does not really bother me but I see there is a limit to how many mid-fielders I can play. If it were up to me my entire team would be playing just mid-field. Why does SM prevent this? At least for the junior Line-Up | 11/01/2012 18:26 |
