hi,, I am at division five topping my league with good streaks... but since I started playing this game, the coaches available to hire are no more than 65%. in most other staff members, there are some who increase. any help or at least to know the reason( if there is any) and thaaaaaaaaanx |

The coaches come on a first come, first serve basis. So the staff you see is the staff everyone sees, check them often and you may land a decent one, i check every day and have only managed to get a 84% senior and 87% junior, best of luck !! | 12/01/2012 18:00 |

Just take your time and continue pressing the hire key as many time as you can until you find your choice, in time you will find a better one. Its luck if i would say |
