 I have @rebsiot on the hot seat again, this time he gives us more insight of @ world and other aspects.

<vijji> Q.How are feeling with new powers in your hand?

<@rebsiot> more tense than ever . It feels good when i relieve myself

<vijji> Hmm, how exactly do you relive yourself?

<@rebsiot> <no comment>
<@rebsiot> i choose not to incriminate myself.
( maybe he kills one or two players for fun)

<vijji> Q.I have heard that u have handed over huge fines to people, what do you say of it?

<@rebsiot> They had it coming. If they bought a player well out of market, they better have a really good reason
<@rebsiot> but excuses don't cut it
<@rebsiot> if you buy a player for 50% of his value, you are going to get a fine and possibly a penalty

<vijji> What's the most funny excuse u heard till now?

<@rebsiot> i'm looking for it
<@rebsiot> usually they claim "it's my brother" ( haha or my Father)
<@rebsiot> then say 'he logged into my account without me knowing'
<@rebsiot> which is laughable... it's not me multi-accounting, it's my brother!

<vijji> isn't really annoying the life of fiscals?

<@rebsiot> yes. The game goes to a whole new level and it's very time consuming.
<@rebsiot> more so.
<@rebsiot> and with us sending messages to every person punished, it becomes very, very time consuming
<@rebsiot> no one gets punished and left in the dark, unless it is a multi accouter, then we retain all and wait

<vijji> As u said 'time consuming' How are u exactly finding that extra time to manage the game from ur life, except for taking ur pill late

<@rebsiot> yea, sleeping much less than normal, so close to not at all
<@rebsiot> we're beginning to get on top of it
<@rebsiot> so time demands may increase, although losing 1 fiscal doesn't help

<vijji> Is it real that Fermin is leaving the game ?

<@rebsiot> yes.

<vijji> Could you spill some beans here?

<@rebsiot> He didn't cheat. I will say that.

<vijji> hmm, was he accused of cheating? I did not know that

<@rebsiot> no.
<@rebsiot> but when @ loses out and leaves game abruptly, there will be doubts
<@rebsiot> i'm putting to rest those doubts

<vijji> aah come on we all know fermin can never cheat, he has been @ from Jurassic age

<@rebsiot> right. well now you heard it from me ( ‘shows his new ban gun to me’ o better skip this one)

<vijji> There were 3 new @'s selected what do you have to say about them?

<@rebsiot> everyone reviewed the choices beforehand and approved of the choices, none of them expected to be asked.

<vijji> how exactly, were they selected?

<@rebsiot> nominations by @, then discussion with @rand choosing
<@rebsiot> based on discussion

<vijji> can we know who else were nominated ?

<@rebsiot> no
( was that his ban gun I saw now)
( I better not make the new fiscal feel uncomfortable so I left the topic)

<vijji> how is division 2? u had 2 losses till now.

<@rebsiot> i faced 2 toughest team with all previous history erased and no clue how to use my new $160M each wings
<@rebsiot> still i barely lost both games
<@rebsiot> i am confident i will win next time out
<@rebsiot> especially given new sim changes

<vijji> Q.Yes this brings out chance for me ask my burning doubt, Why exactly was history erased ?

<@rebsiot> storage.
<@rebsiot> i'm guessing
<@rebsiot> and now, with all of the graphics, it may be more difficult, which is why when new sim went in, the saved games went to 1 week

<vijji> U r a computer software expert urself, how do you describe the faults and difficulties of Developers?

<@rebsiot> time and people
<@rebsiot> in a shop so small, you don't get project mgr, business analyst, and developer
<@rebsiot> all people are everything
<@rebsiot> so a tech person will likely not communicate things out.
<@rebsiot> that's pretty standard actually
<@rebsiot> but since a lot of the better players run projects or business then we know the problem and we get vocal
<@rebsiot> then it snowballs, exacerbating the problem, so now it is getting better
<@rebsiot> despite some gaps, communication has been better for sure
<@rebsiot> especially since learning that Twitter is a primary tool of communication for the devs.

<vijji> yes really, I am surprised to see today’s update

<@rebsiot> i was stunned in its detail

<vijji> Coming to one the thing i spoke to u earlier, positioning of players
<vijji> now it has been penalized
<vijji> what do u say?

<@rebsiot> it's accurate for simulation
<@rebsiot> when attempting to execute offside trap
(Reb started speaking a bit like Chelsea’s coach)
<@rebsiot> the defenders are forward leaning and moving forward generally, whereas the wing is running toward the goal
<@rebsiot> so they are going in opposite directions... therefore the wing is relatively faster compared to top speed

(<vijji> no detailed football language pls)

<@rebsiot> so the logic in the change is good. I have no idea how it will play out.(*sigh*)
<@rebsiot> i will watch quite a few games in the next 18 hours
<@rebsiot> but that's what i think of it...

<vijji> Now regarding the award u won
<vijji> Why were all asking to vote for u even when they were in competition?

<@rebsiot>(with pride beaming in his face) sometimes the best person is obvious.
<@rebsiot> not being an egomaniac, but if there was some debate
<@rebsiot> everyone wouldn't have said same thing
<@rebsiot> PL loyalties aside.

<vijji> obviously u r a super star in here, say Striker Star

<@rebsiot> i like the game a lot. i should like it less
<@rebsiot> it's really the only internet game i've ever played.

<vijji> there were some heavy names involved in the poll like gunner, luci, uru, dee
<vijji> even then u won with a good majority

<@rebsiot> like i said. I like to think i changed the face of the game
<@rebsiot> and that the UK game is distinctly different from the ES one
<@rebsiot> and has an entirely different personality

<vijji> yes, the sim and also i hear @'s here a lot better

<@rebsiot> i don't know about other servers.
<@rebsiot> i hope we are( ), i'd be interested to know for sure.

<vijji> For some time in the poll u were trailing behind me (oh it feel so good to say, i was leading even when reb was there) what did u think be honest,

<@rebsiot> cello has worked extremely hard on figuring out how training is actually calculated

<vijji> u have a wired way of talking to people, is it intentional or is it your nature?

<@rebsiot> my nature. it's funny. i require translators at work

<@rebsiot> people who speak English have difficult time understanding me

<vijji> where do you think this game is heading regarding people here, we are having quite a lot of activity in here and it's increasing

<@rebsiot> I frankly have no idea.
<@rebsiot> the better players will continue to build into the 'PL federation"
<@rebsiot> and it will be those PL's, rather than division 1 teams, that will dictate game
<@rebsiot> my concern is that it will be difficult to crack top tier. but with 8 teams in div 1 relegating
<@rebsiot> who knows?

<vijji> like the clubs ruling game rather than national teams?

<@rebsiot> yea, only here it will be other way
<@rebsiot> with PL = national teams
<@rebsiot> dictating sport.
<@rebsiot> not div 1 teams

<vijji> What r u going to do regarding increasing spammers and attention seeker in the game

<@rebsiot> there are only a couple
<@rebsiot> and the @ will contain them
<@rebsiot> between IP ban, player retain/delete

<@rebsiot> we don't plan
<@rebsiot> it just happens

<vijji> finally i want you to answer as a parent of a child

<vijji> I see a lot of players here whom u can find online for more than 6 hours which include people under 16
<vijji> do you think they are missing out the physical activity they should have with the games

<@rebsiot> yes. that is parental duty

<vijji> why i said 16 is, after that age u have a less chance of going out n playing as u have increased study timings , so u may not have time to go out n play latter.
<vijji> don't u want to put a word as elder who has experience in life?
(reb disappeared suddenly for some time and when he came back he was having butter n jam all over his shirt)

<@rebsiot> cuz she saw me playing so much
<@rebsiot> well, needless to say, this shouldn't be a focus of a 12-14 year old, she has 100 other things to do
<@rebsiot> so that venture failed
<@rebsiot> she will ask about my team occasionally
<@rebsiot> but unless you are out in the mountains with no human contact, this is not the place for under 16 really

<vijji> hmm, but i know some 14 years and less kids who are attention seekers

<@rebsiot> those kids just happen to be doing it here

<vijji> yes some even do not follow basic safety of hiding their personal info,

<@rebsiot> yea. well, all i can do is work to stop that... and warn them off
<@rebsiot> but i can't lose sleep over every 12 year old who is having a rough time in some country 5000 miles away
<@rebsiot> i just treat everyone with an equal hand

<vijji> last one, what do u feel about my interviews and have u befriended any here whom u are in contact outside SM?

<@rebsiot> i have a few people who i know outside of SM, never met them
<@rebsiot> but I would definitely consider them friends and would definitely visit them with enough time/money, or have them in my house.
<@rebsiot> there are still others i would have a beer or two with

<@rebsiot> if you know me, then that should be somewhat obvious
<@rebsiot> but i won't say without them saying
<@rebsiot> if you find them and ask them, then i'll say
<@rebsiot> i'll demur (demur = like to avoid or skip)
