 Is there a reletionship between forcast and progression thus forcast depend on progression or are they random from school 13/01/2012 19:43

 There's no confirmed relationship, but they tend to be withing a few points of each other odd occasion its different, but generally speaking, forecast is the same(ish) as progression 13/01/2012 19:52

This only is true for high prog.

If you have an ave 35 with a prog of 30, then his forecast will be around 40. prog of 40, forecast 45-50. Prog of 50, forecast 50-55. This is very rough though 		13/01/2012 22:43
