It's not your staff's fault... It will be down to: You having bad tactics Your opponent having good tactics Your team have a bad day Luck Staff have nothing to do with how your players play, it's down to you as soon as they walk onto the pitch Just to improve my answer, here is what the staff do: Coach Sec = searches for players that may be a good addition to your squad Scout = same as above but for juniors Doctor = Heals your injured players quicker when you press 'recover' Physiotherapist = Regains fitness of your players when you press 'recover' Psychologist = Regain Morale of your players when you press 'recover' Coach = Trains your players based on the training sessions you schedule Junior Coach = same as above but with juniors Financial Advisor = Looks after your financial view and a better one gets a better TV contract and sponsor next season, plus better billboard offers. I hope this has cleared your problem up  |
