Hi there, When is the best time to promote a player from a school? How can I know if the player will be valuable in the future? What the progression rate means? What about AVG of the player. Would it rise while I keep a player in the school? What country rating means? What quality of school means? Thank you for the answers. I know some of my questoin I can find in the forum, but there is no topic where all these information is explained. |

1. Straight Away 2. Hover your mouse over the porgression column, the higher the % the better 3. higher the % the quicker they will improve 4. No, but it jumps up around 16 points when promoted 5.
