I don't understand what you meant but it takes 24h for a player you hostiled to come. If you sent an offer (paying price which is NOT release clause) then you have to wait for other manager to accept. I don't really understand what you meant by "10% release clause". I think he had paid 10% of hostile clause. If this is the case, i m sure you are not getting that desired player because his manager won't accept your offer. |
