For "crossing the ball" training, what attributes dose it improve the most ?

Finishing ?
Speed ?
Dribbling ?

About what percentage dose it increase these.

For wingers, it improves Speed and Passing. It greatly improves passing for wingers. My 80+ progression RW got a +0.76 in pass with an 83% coach. 04/02/2012 09:35

Thanks
Do you know what would improve "Finishing" for Wingers apart from the obvious Shots on goal.

Apart from mere +0.01s here and there, I don't think there's any training that significantly affects "Finishing" except Shots On Goal.
I've been training my junior RW for weeks now, and I still can't get his finishing up. Dribbling and Speed increases like lightning though

C
Is crossing the ball a good one for finishing and speed? Like say 40% finishing and 60% speed
