Dear all, recently i am facing some problem, my both team's (senior and junior squad ) player average is decreasing, they are getting proper training with highly staff but why this occurring? some manager friend of mine told me they are also facing same problem, Admin or someone please tell me why this problem occurring and how can i solve this problem as soon as possible. Dear starshimu, Your team morale is so low, it'd take some digging with a bulldozer to find it. Use your team psychologist everyday to bing back up your team morale and their averages will increase. If you have any other questions consult the FAQs. There is answers to just about everything there. |
