anyone else been seeing decreases in billboard offers recently? not a complaint just curious as my billboard totals have dropped over 50K total in recent weeks after expiring. | 09/02/2012 22:29 |

Sometimes lower offers are sent, sometimes higher. If you can afford to, leave them empty for a few games and you'll be sent new offers. | 09/02/2012 22:42 |

I'm not 100% sure but I think so, my offers seem to be lower when I'm due to play a weaker team. My financial manager is 99, so I was a bit surprised to get lower offers at first. | 09/02/2012 22:53 |
