Firing players, what about it?
Not a problem.
I try to sell first, then fire if no buyers.
I sell or wait for retirement, not fire.

Does anyone have regrets or hesitates before firing a player or are we all Donald Trumps in our hearts?

I'm always wary of throwing a player into oblivion, but sometimes there's no other way around it. I'm trying to make room in my junior team right now but I have some players that *no one* in their right mind would want to buy. And then you have those moments of needing one spot and you can't wait for an auction to be over...

The answer may be obvious -- these players don't really exist, after all -- but let's hear it: what what's your take on firing?

I've fired a few players that had no chance of selling in the market, including a 19 year old with an overall average of 6 and a release clause of $300 on a $1,000 weekly salary. He had to be one of the worst players in the game. He was on my team when I started. 11/02/2012 17:44

If I find a high FC junior and I need to make room in my squad, I don't hesitate. Chop their heads off
