thanks for the answers, one more quastion if i have a few players in the same position what is the "best" way to promote them ? switch betwin players in the open position ? maybe the farm idea is not so good ??? what are you suggeset ? | 12/02/2012 13:00 |

Rotate ur players between Reserve and Substitutes. This should increase motivation of those in the Reserves and also dont play ur players out of position, even that tends to decrease motivation. | 12/02/2012 17:04 |

The farm does work, it just doesn't work with 15 players from the same position as you'll have to play them out of position. For instance you can get away with 8 GK's, because you'll have one on the pitch(105% motivation) and 7 on the bench(83% motivation). if you had an eighth then you'd either have to play them out of position(25% motivation) or outside the reserves(50%) motivation. |
