lduperval Username 63 msgs. Rookie	Hi, I just noticed that my junior team only has 11 players. I have a couple of players that I had promoted but I'm not using them. Should I be demoting them back to they youth team? Or do I need to hire new youth kids with my junior scout? I'm really not sure how to deal effectively with the youth squad. First-team player	well schools do provide good quality ones, depending on the quality of the school, there are some half decent schools out there for reasonably cheap, if youre not looking for amazing ones, like chile etc, look at my schools, they were all under £2m i think, whether its worth it, you never know you might get a brilliant player if you go below 11 players, your youth team just won't play any matches, so won't get motivation and wont grow as much	12/02/2012 22:48
