What are the advantages and disadvantages of running a formation with an LB and RB instead of a LDF and RDF? 14/02/2012 03:14

Generally speaking, LB & RB are faster than LDF & RDF but not usually as aggressive. LDF & RDF are generally better tacklers and more aggressive, but slower.

Part of it I suppose is the training you utilize- if you play LB/RB, LM/RM, LW/RW than Sprint trains them all; whereas Running affects L/C/RDF, LIM/OM/RIM/IM/DFM.
