Sprint improves the speed of RB/LB/RM/LM/RW/LW and to a lesser degree that of RF/CF/LF. Best for improving speed of LF/CF/RF is Beating markers. |

Just a note to add to that: Sprint will also increase strength for an attacker such as a CF giving him a better chance when he runs side by side with a defender to keep the ball. |
