 if you mean add like post it on this forum then you just need to right-click on it then "copy URL" which you paste here.

to forum or news article - post link directly into text. the picture will insert when you save.

To your profile - when it prompts you for a file, put the link to the picture there instead of a location on your hard drive. 		15/02/2012 06:52
